dc.description.abstractThis study sought to examine the relationship between employee engagement, employee performance and work benefits among employees of Busoga Forestry Company Limited. A cross sectional survey was used. Stratified random sampling was used to select 50 respondents who included 30 males and 20 females employees. Findings of the study showed a positive significant relationship between employee engagement and employee performance., while employee engagement and work benefits showed a positive significant relationship. Employee performance and work benefits showed a positive significant relationship. Therefore, employees who are well engaged at work will perform their duties. Basing on the study findings, organizations should arrange training programs on how to engage their employees at work to enhance their performance through adding different work benefits on top of their salary.en_US
