Abstract
The general objective was to understand the relationship of employee work related attitudes, employee motivation and Job performance among Civil servants of Kagadi District Local Government. The specific objectives that guided the study included; to find out the relationship between employee work related attitudes and employee motivation, to find out the relationship between employee motivation and Job performance and to find out the relationship between employee work related attitudes and Job performance among among Civil servants of Kagadi District Local Government.
