The study was aimed at finding the relationship between intrinsic Stressors and extrinsic stressor and motivation toward academic performance of university students. The study adopted a quantitative research approach with correlational method to determine the relationship between the study variables. A sample of 100 students was selected to participate in this study. Data obtained was analyzed using statistical package for social scientists (SPSS version 23). The results showed that there was significant relationship between intrinsic stressors and motivation toward academic performance of students (r=. r=.325**, p= .001). The results also showed that there was relationship between extrinsic stressors and motivation towards academic performance of students (r=.210*, p=.036). Intrinsic stressors, as well as extrinsic stressors like noise, alarms, and pain have impact on students' motivation towards academic performance. These stressors can lead to feelings of anxiety, burnout, and a lack of focus, which ultimately hinders students' ability to achieve their academic goals. Extrinsic stressors, such as academic pressure and competition may negatively affected students' motivation towards their academic goals. The study found that students who are motivated by their own interests and passions were more likely to succeed academically Therefore, it is important for educators to recognize the impact of stressors on motivation and implement strategies to help University students manage stress and maintain their motivation towards academic successen_US
