dc.description.abstractThis research set out to examine the relationship between transaction leadership and leader trust and job performance among doctors or workers in hospitals like Mulago Hospital. A correlation study design that is quantitative and descriptive was adopted to establish the relationship between the variables. Total of 50 respondents both male and female participated in the study. Data collected was analyzed using questionnaires where Pearson correlation Co-efficient ( r) was used to test the significance of hypotheses. The study revealed that there is significant relationship between transactional leadership and job performance. The study also reveals that there is a relationship between leaders trust and job performance. The study shows that there is relationship between transactional leadership and leaders trust.en_US
