dc.description.abstractThe study sought to examine the relationship between learning and performance among pupils in primary schools. A cross-sectional research design was used in data collection. Stratified random sampling was used to select 50 respondents who included 25 males and 25 females. The findings of the study showed significant relationship between learning and performance since pupils involved in learning activities usually perform excellently through teaching styles like autonomy based teaching style, supportive teaching style which lead to better performance among pupils. Therefore, teachers in primary schools of Uganda should aim at ensuring good teaching style in order to enhance academic performance among pupils in schools.en_US
