dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between organization communication, employee motivation and job performance among employees of Britania Allied Industries Limited (BAIL). The study is intending to achieve the following objectives; To establish the association of organizational communication with employee motivation among Britania Allied Industries Limited employees and to examine the relationship betweenorganizational communication and job performance among BAIL employees. A correlation study design will be used in the study to establish the relationship between Organization communication, Employee motivation and Job performance among employees. The study will be using a sample of respondents who will be adopted using simple sampling technique. Data will therefore be collected using self-administered questionnaire and later analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Scientists. The findings show that organizational communication and employee motivation are positively and significantly related (p=.031 at r=.245) furthermore the findings show that organizational communication and job performance are positively and insignificantly related (P=.007, r=.305).How ever findings show that employee motivation and job performance are positively and significantly related (P=.020, r=-.272)But it was recommended that to effectively manage job performance, employees can be helped by supervisors, managers and directors through use of cognitive, affective and behavioral strategies.en_US
