dc.description.abstractThe purpose of the study was to investigate the relationship between working environment, job stress and performance among employees at Stabex Oil Company. The study is to achieve the following objectives; to determine the relationship between working environment and job stress of workers. To find out the relationship between job stress and job performance of employees at Stabex oil and to establish the relationship between working environment and job stress on job performance. A correlational study design will be used in the study to establish the relationship between working environments, job stress and job performance. Data will therefore be collected using self-administered questionnaire and later analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Scientists.en_US
