The study investigated the relationship between Stress Job satisfaction and work performance of employees at Makerere University Hospital. Across sectional study design was used. Data was collected from 32 employees using questionnaires. The data was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics in terms of correlations. The results showed that there was a negative and statistically insignificant relationship between stress and job performance (r=-.678**, p=.000). This implies that stressed employees have high level performance compared to non-stressed employees. The researcher went on to give recommendations based on the findings of the study. The researcher also suggested that future scholars use larger populations to reduce errors in result findings.  en_US
