dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between attitudes, on job training and among employees at SEMA. The study was conducted at SEMA Kampala. A correlational study design was used to establish the relationship between attitudes, on job training and commitment of employees. The sample size included 42 male and female employees. Data was collected using self-administered questionnaire and was analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient (r) was used to determine the level of significance of the hypotheses. Results indicated that there is significant relationship between attitude and on job training (r= -0.319,p=0.021) as well as there is significant relationship between on job training and commitment (r=0.608,p=0.000). Lastly, the results also revealed that there is a significant relationship between attitudes and commitment (r= 0.471, p= .000) among employees at SEMAen_US
