dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between occupational attitudes and employee motivation among lecturers at Islamic University in Uganda Kampala Campus. The study is intending to achieve the following objectives to examine the relationship between work environment and employee motivation, occupational attitudes and motivation, and finally to examine the relationship between work environment and occupational attitudes. A correlational study design will be used in the study to establish the relationship between work environment, occupational attitudes and employee motivation among lecturers of Islamic University in Uganda. The study will be using a sample of 192 respondents who will be adopted using simple sampling technique. Data will therefore be collected using self-administered questionnaire and later analysed using Statistical Package for Social Scientists.en_US
