dc.description.abstractThe study established the relationship between job satisfactions, motivation and employee performance among employee in corporate organizations in Uganda. The study adopted a cross-sectional research design in which data was collected data at a specific point in time by using the Snell’s self-administered questionnaire to 60 employees. Data was analyzed using statistical package for social sciences (SPSS). Study findings show a significant relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance, a significant relationship between motivation and employee performance and a significant relationship between job satisfaction and motivation. In conclusion job satisfaction can influence employee performance for example employees who are satisfied are more likely to perform well at their places of work, and that motivation can also influence employee performance as well as job satisfaction can combine with motivation to influence employee performance.en_US
