dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to find out the relationship between Employee motivation ,Job involvement and Job performance among employees at the Uganda Revenue Authority. The study intended to achieve the following objectives; To determine the level of Job involvement and Job performance of employees at the Ugandan Revenue Authority, To examine the relationship between motivational factors and Job performance, to identify the most dominant motivational factors and their influence on Job involvement and Job performance. A correlation study design was used to establish the relationship between Employee motivation, Job involvement and Job performance of employees at the Uganda Revenue Authority. The researcher used a sample of 100 respondents who were adopted using a simple sampling technique and a self administered questionnaire and later collected data was analysed using statistical package of social scientists.en_US
