dc.description.abstractThe study investigated the relationship between Occupational Stress, Job satisfaction and Employee performance among the Employees of Jesa farm. A cross sectional study design was used. Data was collected from 52 employees using questionnaires. The study was carried out among employees of Jesa farm located along Old Port Bell Road, Kampala. Data was entered in SPSS, and analyzed for descriptive and inferential statistics. The results showed that occupational stress and job satisfaction were negatively significantly related (r=-.548**, p=.000) employees with high level of occupational stress experience low levels of job satisfaction. The results also showed that there was appositive significant relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance (r=.436**, p=.000). Implying that satisfied employees have high level performance compared to non-satisfied employees. Lastly Correlation results also showed that occupational stress and employee performance are significantly relationship (r= -591**p .000).en_US
