dc.description.abstractThis research proposal was to find out the levels of work ethics, levels of job satisfaction and relationship between work ethics and job satisfaction among employees of Mukwano Company. This study had the objectives of finding out the levels of work ethics among employees of Mukwano group of companies, finding out the levels of employee satisfaction at Mukwano group of companies and finding out the relationship between work ethics and job satisfaction at Mukwano group of companies. The study used a correlation research design, data was collected from 24 respondents both female and male and SPSS will be used for documents analysis and finds revealed that there is no significant relationship between work ethics and job satisfaction among workers in Mukwano Company with Pearson Ccorrelation(r =0.105, Sig=0.643) which implies that work ethics influences job satisfaction, therefore, an increase in work ethics leads to increase in job satisfaction at work. The study identified the need for organisations to improve work ethics for their employees as a way to improve job satisfaction at both individual level and organizational level.en_US
