dc.description.abstractThe study was carried out to investigate the relationship between Self -esteem, Drug abuse and Risky Sexual Behaviors among adolescents in schools The study targeted adolescents in secondary schools and 100 respondents were randomly selected from their schools Self-administered questionnaires were used in data collection process and data was analyzed using the statistical software package for social sciences (SPSS). Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient was used to determine the significance of the relationships among variables. The researchers observed and concluded that there is there is no significant relationship between self-esteem and drug use among the adolescents in schools r(r = .198, P =. 352>0.05).The results of the study also indicated there is a significant relationship between risky sexual behaviors and self -esteem, (r = 0.608* P = .022<0.05). Finally the study revealed that there is no significant relationship between Stress and Job performance among workers (r = .198 and p = .055 > 0.05). This implies that high levels stress experienced by an employee shall lead to low levels of employeeen_US
