The aim of the study was to examine the impact of organisation culture on organisation productivity among the teaching staff of Makerere College School which is found in Makerere University on Makerere hill. The study targeted 20 female and male teachers of Makerere College School and a quantitative research design; correlational method was adopted to establish the relationship between the variables. A constructed self-administered questionnaire was used to collect data from the 20 respondents. Collected data was analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS Version, 24) and Pearson Correlation Coefficient (r) was used to test the level of significance of the hypotheses. Results showed that there a is no significant relationship between organisational culture and organisational productivity (r =-0.127 and p = 0.373), thus an important conclusion to this study is that organizational culture is not only the predominant factor that can promote organizational efficiency and profitability, other traits are dominant which among others can include innovation, creativity, cohesiveness, fair treatment, individuality, teamwork and a sense of belonging. It was recommended that that management should re-evaluate their present culture for the purpose of identifying certain traits that are detrimental while seeking ways to eliminate them and to inculcate into their culture more positive elements that could help in creating the right environment for organizational success.en_US
