dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to understand the relationship between Occupational Stress, Job Satisfaction and Job Performance among School Teachers at Mpumu Secondary School. The Study is intending to achieve objectives; to analyze how job performance and satisfaction can be influenced by stress in secondary teachers in Mukono District The researcher will use a sample of 80 respondents who will be adopted using sampling technique and collecting using self-Administered Questionnaires and later will be analyzed.en_US
