dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the impact of rewards towards motivation and performance of employees in Ministry of Internal Affairs. Descriptive research involves gathering data, describes phenomenon and then organizes, tabulates, depicts and describes data collection.The sample size was determined using the standardized table developed by krejcie and Morgan (1970). According to krejcie and morgana sample of 105 respondents are appropriate if the population is above 129 and below 140. A convenience sampling technique was chosen for this study. The researcher approached all respondents who were target for the study which form part of the population. Then the questionnaire was constructed by the researcher with the help of the supervisor which were then distributed to the employees and then collected after being answered. The researcher collected them after completion by the particular participants. Data was coded, analyzed and used to write the research report.en_US
