dc.description.abstractThe study investigated whether there is a significant relationship between Job performance, employee personality and work stress among workers in Silver Springs Hotel. The specific objective of the study was to examine the significant relationship between Job performance, employee personality and work stress among workers in Silver Springs Hotel. A total of 158 respondents were randomly selected from different departments in Silver Springs Hotel in Bugolobi Makerere. Self administered questionnaires were used in data collection process and data was analyzed using the statistical software package for Social Scientists (SPSS V 25). Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient was used to determine the significance of the relationships among variables. Personality among staff at Silver Springs Hotel has been shown by the study that it has no significant relationship with Stress. Implying that whatever type of personality that staff of Silver Springs Hotel possess it does not influence the stress levels among them. It has also been revealed that stress does not influence job performance among staff at Silver Springs Hotel, this shows that whether the stress is positive or negative it has limited influence on job performance among staff at Silver Springs Hotel. Lastly the study revealed that Staff at Silver Springs Hotel their type of personality does not influence job performance. This implies that whether a member of staff possess neuroticism or agreeableness, it will not affect their job performance.en_US
