dc.description.abstractMany employees in schools around Mukono are still thought to be facing issues regarding job performance in the society which is brought about by the alternating personalities which has also been attributed to the kind of motivation they receive while at work. This research sought to examine the relationship between personality, motivation and job performance among teachers in Namiryango secondary school. A correlational study design that is quantitative and descriptive was adopted to establish the relationship between the variables. A total of 42 respondents, both male and female participated in the study. Data collected was analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS), where Pearson Correlation Coefficient (r) was used to test the significance of the hypotheses. The study revealed that there was a statistical significant relationship between personality and job performance among teachers; the study also revealed that there was a statistical significant relationship between personality and motivation among teachers. The study further showed that there was a significant relationship between motivation and job performance among teachers.en_US
