It has over 400 hundred employees who are specialized in non-teaching staff, academicians, and support staff. The variables that were considered in the study were office design which refer to the arrangement of the workplace, group cohesiveness which is the tendency of a group of people working together for common goal and employee engagement refers to the involvement of workers in the organizational activities.
