dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between Participative Decision Making, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior among employees at Mukwano Group of Companies. The study intended to achieve the following objectives; to examine the relationship between Participative Decision Making and Job Satisfaction, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior and finally to examine the relationship between Participative Decision Making and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. A correlational study design was used in the study to establish the relationship between Participative Decision Making, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior among employees at Mukwano Group of Companies. The study used a sample of 80 respondents who were adopted using simple sampling technique. Data was therefore collected using self-administered questionnaire and later analysed using Statistical Package for Social Scientists. The study results revealed that there was there is a significant relationship between Participative Decision Making and Job Satisfaction (p=.000<0.01 at r= .664**); was a significant relationship between Job Satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (p=.000<0.01 at r=.559**); furthermore results revealed that there was a positive significant relationship between Participative Decision Making and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (p=.001<0.01 at r= .374**).en_US
