dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between employee engagement, job satisfaction and job performance. The study was intending to achieve objectives, to examine the relationship between employee engagement and job satisfaction, to ascertain the relationship between employee engagement and job performance and to determine the relationship between job performance and job satisfaction The study used a sample of 50 respondents who were selected using simple random sampling technique. Data were collected using self-administered questionnaires and later analyzed using SPSS using s (statistical package for social scientist) version 23.0. The findings showed that there was a significant relationship between employee engagement and job satisfaction furthermore the findings showed that job satisfaction and job performance were significantly positively related. Lastly, the findings indicated that employee engagement and job performance have a significant positive relationshipen_US
