dc.description.abstractThe study aimed at examining the relationship between transformational leadership, employe eengagement and turnover intentions among employees of Anppcan Uganda chapter. The study adopted across-sectional research design. Stratified sampling technique was used to draw a sample of 65 respondents from all the departments. Data was collected from respondents using self-admistered standard questionnaires and through entering fully filled questionnaires into computer software program called statistical package for social science (SPSS) version 23.0, data was analyzed. Results from Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient (r) indicated that there was a significant positive relationship between transformational leadership and employee engagement; there was a significant positive relationship between employee engagement and turnover intentions. Basing on findings, administrators and managers of several organizations should design policies and procedures that can determine outcomes of their staff. Such outcomes could be encouraging employee engagement strategies and reduce turnover intentions. Therefore, because transformational is significantly related to employee engagement as well as turnover intentionsoverall it may imply that basing on the results of this study, holistic approach needs to be adopted or developed by managers to boost transformational leadership.en_US
