dc.description.abstractThis study was designed to examine the relationship between workplace climate, self-efficacy and training transfer among employees of Kampala Capital City Authority. The study intended to achieve the following objectives; to find out whether self-efficacy and workplace climate are related,to examine the relationship between self-efficacy and transfer technology and to find out whether workplace climate and transfer training are related. A cross sectional survey design was adopted and data was collected from a sample of 80 employees. The researcher used Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient (r) to test hypotheses 1, 2 and 3.The findings of the study revealed that workplace climate and self-efficacy are significantly related. A positivesignificant relationship was alsorevealed between workplace climate and training transfer since. Basing on the findings, the researcher concluded that there is a great need to further investigate the area of training transfer to find out ways to improve training transfer. The researcher recommended that human resource managers should constantly check with employees through surveys or interviews to know whether or not the work environment is favorable for training transferen_US
