dc.description.abstract | The purpose of the study was to examine the relationship between stress, peer pressure and
delinquency among adolescents. A correlational study design that is quantitative was adopted to
establish the relationship between the variables of which they were selected randomly. A total of
100 respondents both male and female participants in the study. Data collected was analyzed using
statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) where a Pearson correlation coefficient (r) was used
to test the significant of the hypothesis. The study results were revealed that there was a negative
significant relationship between stress and delinquent among adolescents. There is no significant
relationship between stress and peer pressure among students and there is a significant relationship
between stress, peer pressure and delinquency. | en_US |
