dc.description.abstract | The study examined the relationship between Rewards, employee motivation and job satisfaction among employees of Love and care Uganda in Nansana Wakiso District. It was basically intended to achieve the following objectives; to find out whether rewards and employee motivation are significantly related, to find out whether motivation and job satisfaction are related, to find out whether rewards and job satisfaction are significantly related. A correlation study design was used to establish the relationship. Data was collected using self administered questionnaires to collect information and later analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Scientists and the sample constituted of 100 respondents who gave responses for data analysis. The findings showed that there was a positive relationship between rewards and employee motivation, a positive relationship between employee motivation and job satisfaction, positive relationship between rewards and job satisfaction. From the research, the researcher recommended that; the Human resource managers of Love and care Uganda should ensure the recruitment of well trained and qualified employees with counseling skills, the researcher also recommended that employees should be provided with both intrinsic and extrinsic rewards to make them more committed and satisfied to perform their duties well. | en_US |
