dc.description.abstractThis research was conducted to examine the relationship between proactive personality, creative self-efficacy and intrapreneurship. The study was carried out at the Ministry of Trade Industry and Cooperatives located on Parliamentary Avenue in the central region specifically Kampala district in Uganda as it is populated in this context. Many organizations todayare encouraging employees to engage in intrapreneurship due to the various benefits associated with the concept. This study was geared to find out if individual traits of proactive personality and creative self-efficacy influence an individual’s intrapreneurial behavior. The data was collected using likert scale questionnaires to extract information. The findings revealed that proactive personality and creative self-efficacy are significantly related, creative self-efficacy and intrapreneurship were seen to have a positive relationship and proactive personality and intrapreneurship are also significantly related. It was therefore concluded that the best approach to better employees’ intrapreneurial behavioral performance is to improve them with training and development opportunities and performance incentives to have them feel appreciated for their initiatives. The findings further revealed that when employees feel they have autonomy at work they are happier and perform better in all life’s aspects which is healthy for them career wise.en_US
