dc.description.abstractThis research study was designed to examine the relationship between Leader Member Exchange, Conflict Management Styles and Turnover Intention among employees of Baylor- Uganda. This research study was meant to achieve the following objectives: to find out the relationship between Leader member exchange and Conflict management styles, to investigate whether Conflict management styles is related to Turnover intentions and to examine whether Leader member exchange and Turnover intentions are related. A quantitative research approach was employed and data was collected from a sample of 169 employees. The researcher used Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient (r) to test hypothesis 1, 2 and 3.The results of the study revealed a significant relationship between Leader member exchange and Turnover Intention, there was also a significant relationship mediated by conflict management styles between leader member exchange and turnover intentions.
