The study aimed at examining the relationship among motivation, organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction among employee of National Water and Sewerage Corporation-Bunga branch. The study adopted a correlational study design with a population of 60 employees from different departments such as human resource department and engineering department, finance and administration. Simple random sampling technique was used to draw a sample of 52 respondents from the population. Data was collected from respondents using selfadministered standard questionnaire and through entering it into Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) Version 21, it was analyzed. Descriptive statistics showed that 55.8% of the respondents were females and 44.2% were males, majority were between 26-29 years (34.6%). Results from Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient (r) further indicated that there was a significant positive relationship between motivation and organizational citizenship behaviour (r=.441, p=.001), motivation and job satisfaction (r=.741, p=.000), and between organizational citizenship behaviour and job satisfaction (r=.553, p=.000). Therefore, the findings of this study provide several insights to administrators and managers of the several organizations in designing policies and procedures that will determine outcomes of their staff. Hence, organizations should enhance their motivation strategies as this could lead to positive organizational outcomes such as employees exhibiting OCB and increasing job satisfaction. Strategies such as better pay as well as recognizing and rewarding best performing employees may help improve on the overall employee attitude which serves to increase the organization`s competitive advantage.en_US
