dc.description.abstractThis research was conducted to examine the relationship between decent work environment, Employee Engagement and Employee Commitment among employees of Mastermind Consult. The study was carried out at Mastermind Consult during June to July. The research embraces the fact that employees are less engaged in organization activities like in decision making, this leads to organizational breakdown, increased losses and low performance. The research used a correlation research design and data was collected through document analysis and discussions. The findings revealed that decent work environment, Employee Engagement and Employee Commitment are significantly related which concluded that a decent work environment increases employee engagement thus increasing employee commitment. Employers should improve on the work environment so that their employees have less stress and high engagement which in return increases employee commitment.en_US
