dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between job satisfaction commitment and employee performance among employees of multi-tech business school in Kampala district. The study was guided by three objectives; to examine the relationship between job satisfaction and commitment, the relationship between commitment and employee performance and finally to examine the relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance. A correlational study design was used in the study to establish relationship between job satisfaction, commitment and employee performance among employees of multi-tech business school. The study used a sample of 52 respondents who were selected using simple sampling technique. Data was collected using self -administered questionnaire and later analyzed using statistical package for social scientists (spss). The findings revealed that there is a significant positive correlation between job satisfaction and employee commitment, commitment and employee performance and finally a positive relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance. It was concluded that job satisfaction , commitment and employee performance are positively correlated and for employees to put to table greater performance at work that will help the company achieve its set objectives the elements of both job satisfaction and commitment at the workplace need to first be both felt, both psychologically and physically by the employees from the workplace. It was concluded that organizations need to put up a quality management system in place that will help employees feel satisfied and committed at the workplace to generate greater performance from each subordinate in a particular company.en_US
