| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between Self efficacy, Creativity, and Employee Performance among Civil Workers in the Health Service Commission Office at Workers’ House Kampala District and was carried out between June and August. Self-efficacy has several effects on thoughts, efforts and patterns of employees in organizations, which may be attributed to low creativity as a personal factor, and therefore they will be unable to generate new ideas at the workplace. The study applied a correlation research design where questionnaires were distributed to a sample size of 76 employees in the health service commission. The findings indicated that there was a positive significant relationship between self-efficacy and employee creativity, a significant positive correlation between Employee creativity and performance and a positive significant relationship between Employee creativity and performance. The health service commission should pay specific attention to specific variables of self-efficacy, creativity and performance as all the indicators of these variables were not all correlated and significant, this means paying specific attention to significant variable will help to save time, minimize expenditure and increase performance of the organization. | en_US |
