dc.description.abstractThe Purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between work-family conflict, employee stress and turnover intentions. The study was intending to achieve objectives: To examine the relationship between work-family conflict and employee stress, to ascertain the relationship between employee stress and turnover intentions and to determine the relationship between work-family conflict and turnover intentions. The researcher used sample of 80 respondents who were adopted using sampling technique and data was collected using self-administered questionnaires and later analysed using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Scientists) version 20.0. The findings showed that work-family conflict and are not significantly related (p =.083, r = .195). Furthermore the findings show that work-family conflict and job performance are significantly related (p =.038, r = .232). However findings show that organizational culture and job performance are significantly related (p =.000, r = .646**). To effectively manage work family conflict, employees can be helped by the management and assistance programsen_US
