dc.description.abstract | This research was conducted in quality chemicals Luzira. The purpose of the study was to examine the relationship among hazards, stress and job performance of the employees. The research was carried out using the cross sectional and correlational survey designs and was guided by the following objectives. To examine the relationship between hazards and stress, to examine the relationship between stress and job performance and to examine the relationship between hazards and on performance. The following hypothesis were put forward during the study, there is no significant relationship between stress and job performance and there is no significant relationship between hazards and job performance. A sample of 84 employees of mixed hierarchical levels was chosen from the population to data for the study. The results were analyzed with statistical package for Statistical Package for Social Scientists (SPSS) AND tabulated. The results concluded that there is no significant relationship between the three variables. | en_US |
