dc.description.abstractThis research was conducted to examine the relationship between decent work environment, Employee Engagement and Job performance among employees of The Aids Support Organization (TASO) Mbale. The study was carried out TASO from June to July. The research results embraces the fact that employees are less engaged in organization activities like in decision making, this leads to organizational breakdown,increased losses and low performance.There search used a correlation research design and data was collected through document analysis and discussions.The findings revealed that decent work environment and Employee Engagement are significantly not related .Employee engagement and Job performance are significantly related and Decent work environment and Job performance are significantly related, which concluded that decent work environment increases Job performance and employee engagement increases Job performance thus increasing employee Performance.Employers should improve on the work environment so that their employee shave less stress and high engagement which in return increases employee commtment.en_US
