dc.description.abstractThis research was conducted to examine the relationship between creativity and job Performance among Employees of Futurelink technologies and Nansana Municipal council .It was carried out during June to September. The study used a correlation research design, data was collected from 55 respondents both female and male and SPSS was used for documents analysis and discussions. The findings revealed that there are high levels employee creativity and job performance among employees at the workplace. Creativity and job performance are significantly related. This study concluded that creation of new ideas, products and processes improves job performance. Organisations should train and provide necessary equipment and tools to their employees for task accomplishment thereby creating room for increase in creativity which leads to job performance.en_US
