dc.description.abstractThe study sought to examine the relationships between these variables, proactive personality, entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intentions among University students in Uganda. The study sought to examine the hypotheses below; proactive personality is not significantly related with entrepreneurial self-efficacy; entrepreneurial self-efficacy are not significantly related to entrepreneurial intentions, and proactive personality is not directly related to entrepreneurial intentions. The objectives of the study were; to examine the relationship between proactive personality and entrepreneurial self-efficacy; to examine the relationship between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intentions and to examine the relationship between proactive personality and entrepreneurial intentions. The study was conducted using a cross sectional design, correlational nature among respondents both male and female using a well-designed self-administered questionnaire with questions and statements that measure proactive personality, entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intentions among University students in Uganda. There was a significant relationship between proactive personality and entrepreneurial intentions according to the results obtained. Recommendations and suggestions for future research were made.en_US
