    Abstract
    The study aimed at examining the relationships between variables of Personality, Psychological Well-Being and academic performance among Students of Seroma Christian High School Mukono. The objectives were to examine the relationship between personality and Psychological wellbeing, Psychological wellbeing and academic performance and personality and Academic performance and to establish how personality, psychological wellbeing and academic performance are related. The study was carried out using correlation research descriptive in nature conducted among respondents both male and female using a well-designed self-administered questionnaire with questions and statements that measured personality, Psychological Well-Being and Academic Performance among Students of Seroma Christian High School Mukono. Data was analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). Pearson correlation coefficient (r) was used to test the relationships. The results indicated there was no significant relationship between the three variables. Thus, the study provided several recommendations to school going adolescents and high schools. That is to say, school going adolescents should add the findings of this study to the existing literature on the relationship between Personality, psychological wellbeing and Academic performance in their daily school lives and thus boost performance. School administrations should provide very conducive learning environments than availing strict rules to the students.
