dc.description.abstractThis research was conducted to examine the relationship between work-life balance, occupational stress and job satisfaction among employees of Holy Cross Orthodox Mission Hospital Namungoona. It was carried out during June to September. The study used a correlation research design, data was collected from 95 respondents both female and male and SPSS was used for documents analysis and discussions. The results show that there is no relationship between work life balance and occupational stress, a negative significant relationship between occupational stress and job satisfaction and a significant relationship between work life balance and Job Satisfaction.This study concluded that Organizational managers and human resource practitioners should support employees through motivating them by providing necessary resources needed to help in performing tasks which will reduce stress while accomplishing tasks thereby improve on job satisfaction and performanceen_US
