dc.description.abstractThis study was aimed at examining the relationship between Locus of Control, Resilience and Occupational Stress among employees of Uganda Cares. Chapter one covered the back ground of the study, problem statement, the purpose of the study, objectives of the study which were; to establish the relationship between locus of control and resilience, to examine the relationship between resilience and occupational stress, and to find out whether locus of control and occupational stress are significantly related. The chapter further covered the scope of the study, significance and the conceptual frame work. Chapter two covered the introduction, body of review and the research hypotheses. Chapter three covered the research design, population, sample and technique, instruments to be employed, measures, procedure, quality control, data management, data analysis, anticipated Limitations of the Study and references. The study was carried out among employees of Uganda Cares which is located on Kiira road, Plot 54, Kampala, Uganda. It was a correlational study and it constituted a sample of forty (40) respondents. Data was collected using self-administered questionnaires and it was analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Scientists.en_US
