dc.description.abstractThe aim of the study was to examine the relationship between stress, social support and depression among adolescents. The study was conducted at Caltec academy school located in Kampala district. A correlational study design was used and 100 school going adolescents participated in this study. The sample size was chosen randomly and data collected using a questionnaire. Data was analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). Pearson Rank Correlation Coefficient (r) was used to determine the level of significance of the hypotheses. Results indicated that that there is a significant relationship between stress and depression, stress and social support among adolescents as well as a significant relationship between social support and depression among adolescents.en_US
