dc.description.abstractThis study aimed at investigating if there was relationship Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment and Job Performance among Employees of Red Cross society Kampala. The study involved a sample of 70 male and female respondents from Red Cross society. The data was collected using questionnaires from respondent’s selected using sample random sampling. The study findings established that there was a significant relationship between Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment, there was a significant relationship between Organizational Commitment and Job Performance of employees and that there was a significant relationship between Job Satisfaction and Job Performanceen_US
