dc.description.abstractThe study examined the relationship among Employee Motivation, Organizational Commitment and Job Performance in Organizations. It’s intended to achieve the following objectives; to find out whether there is a significant relationship between Employee Motivation and Organizational Commitment, to find out whether there is a significant relationship between Organizational Commitment and Job performance, to find out whether there is a significant relationship between Employee Motivation and Job Performance The study adopted a correlation study design. The study used 80 respondents and data was collected by use of a self -administered standard questionnaire. That data was then analyzed using statistical package for social science (SPSS) version 21. Hypotheses were tested using Pearson’s (r) Correlational Coefficient. The results of the study were; there is a positive significant relationship between employee motivation and organizational commitment(r=.641, p=.000). Since (p=.000<0.01), there is a positive significant relationship between organizational commitment and Job performance(r=.272**, p=.014), since (p=.014<0.05), there is a significant relationship Employee motivation and Job performance, (r=295**, p=.008), since (p=.008<0.01), where if employee motivation increases, job performance among workers also increase. The study recommended that Jobs in organizations should be redesigned constantly and consistently to meet changing needs of workers as well as changes in the work environmenten_US
