This collaborative action research was conducted to examine the relationship between Stress, Motivation and Job Performance among the Employees of International Hospital Kampala. The study was carried out at International Hospital Kampala. This research was carried out during June to July. Many employees today are less motivated due to the fact that they are stressed at work, this affects both individual performance and Organizational performance. Therefore the research looks at how based employees are affected by Stress, motivation and how it affects job performance. The data was collected through interview, observation, documents analysis and discussions. The findings revealed that Stress, Motivation and Job Performance are significantly related. The findings further revealed that motivation greatly impacts on job performance at International Hospital Kampala.
