dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between Motivation, Job Satisfaction and job performance among industrial workers of Darling Uganda Limited. The study is intending to achieve the following objectives; to examine the relationship between motivation and job satisfaction, job satisfaction and job performance and finally to examine the relationship between motivation and job performance. A correlational study design was used in the study to establish the relationship between Motivation, Job Satisfaction and job performance among industrial workers of Darling Uganda Limited. The study used a sample of 186 respondents who were adopted using simple sampling technique. Data was therefore collected using self-administered questionnaire and later analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Scientistsen_US
