dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between employee motivation, staff commitment and job performance among employees of Makerere University-Kampala Uganda. The study is intending to achieve the following objectives; to examine the relationship between employee motivationand staff commitment, employee motivationand job performance and finally to examine the relationship between staff commitmentand job performance. A correlational study design will be used in the study to establish the relationship between employee motivation, staff commitment and job performance amongemployees of Makerere University-Kampala Uganda. The study will be using a sample of 97respondents who will be adopted using simple sampling technique. Data will therefore be collected using self-administered questionnaire and later analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Scientists.
