dc.description.abstractThe study investigated the relationship between occupational stress and job performance of employees of MFI document solutions. The study intended to achieve the following objectives: To examine the relationship between occupational stress and job performance between employees of MFI document limited Kampala. To assess the impact of occupational stressors on job performance among employees at MFI document limited Kampala. A correlation design was used to establish the relationship between occupational stress and job performance among employees of MFI document solutions. The study used a sample of 60 respondents who were obtained using a simple random technique. Data was collected using self- administered questionnaires and later analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Scientists version 20 The findings show that there is a significant positive relationship between occupational stress and job performance since (p=.000<0.01 at r=686**) Conclusively, this implies that occupational stress positively affects job performance.en_US
