dc.description.abstract | The purpose of the study was to find whether work-life balance influences organizational commitment and job satisfaction among employees at Bishop’s Senior School Mukono. The study adopted a comparative and a correlation research design with a sample size of eighty respondents.
Data was analyzed using a statistical package for social scientists (SPSS) computer programme.
Results indicated that Work-life balance influences Organizational commitment, Work-life balance influences job satisfaction and Organizational commitment influences job satisfaction are related. In conclusion, Work-life balance and Organizational commitment are related, there is a significant relationship between Work-life balance and job satisfaction and organizational commitment and job satisfaction are related. Therefore, the school should pay close attention to other factors that attribute to work-life balance, organizational commitment and job satisfaction such as work schedules, personal and organizational values, relationships extra. | en_US |
