dc.description.abstractThe purpose of the study was to find whether ethical leadership influences employee engagement and job satisfaction among the workers of ABSA Bank Uganda Limited. The study adopted a comparative and a correlation research design with a sample size of 49 respondents. Data was analyzed using a statistical package for social scientists (SPSS) computer programme. Results indicated that ethical leadership influences employee engagement, ethical leadership influences job satisfaction and employee engagement influences job satisfaction are related. In conclusion, ethical leadership and employee engagement are related, there is a significant relationship between ethical leadership and job satisfaction and employee engagement and job satisfaction are related. Therefore, the bank should pay close attention to other factors that attribute to ethical leadership, employee engagement and job satisfaction such as communication, working schedules, relationships extra.en_US
